New here, would like to know if its worth my while doing a stretching routine
Ok basically im 19, male, caucasian, 5'8-5'9 but I'm not sure how to measure exactly. Ive been on a good few of these forums and websites but keep on reading contradictory information. I would like to "grow" by 2 or 3 inches if possible, some websites/threads make this sound easy, while others say it's impossible to "grow" , I'll just be stretching my ligaments/discs in my spine which will soon compress back to the way they were before i stretched.

I'm ordering a stationary bike tomorrow and hoping to try the whole cycling with a raised saddle idea, ideally for 15-20miles per day, 5 days a week. It seems to be the least risky of any of the routines, and at least i'll be keeping fit aswell.

The other thing I was going to try with this was the routine on

http://www.freewebs.com/supertaller/download.htm

but again its quite a significant time investment and I hate getting up early to do these stretches so if anyone could tell me either a) theres a good chance they will make me grow then that would really help me be motivated or b)theyre useless, in which case I wont waste my time.

Thanks very much guys

how does lifting weights help you to grow? Is it the HGH production thing? I am a gym member, what kind of weights would you suggest and how heavy?

RE: New here, would like to know if its worth my while doing a stretching routine
in fact, people should stop growing taller already after puberty ( average : 19-21 years old ).
No exercise would help you, only the most effective one will help you.
Forget about kicking, sleep 8 hours , or what.
The only key is to accept yourself.
It's not easy to gain after puberty. Trust me.
I have try most routine for almost 1 year. It's the same principle.
Focus on your strength, forget about height.
2 to 3 inches in any advertisement is BULLSHIT. It only apply for teenagers.
