Need some help!
Hello guyss
new to this! well i am having a bit of bother with my height. i am a soccer goalkeeper and i am only 5 ft 8 or 9.if i want to go far in the game i need atleast another 2 inches! i am trying this hypnosis thing and working out and eating healthy! anyone have any more tips? btw im 16 |

1> one of the best exercise to hang with your hands resting on top of wither a wall or something.
