Naturally Occuring Estrogen & Testosterone in food - Does it matter?

Does it matter if there is some foods that have higher estrogen / testosterone?

Like does it affect growth?


14 & 8 months, Female
Height: 4'11
Mum: 4'11
Dad: 5'6
Goal: 5'2 or 5'3
Dream: 5'6 xD

yes i think naturally occuring estrogen in foods, but i dont think its such a sufficient amount that will stunt ur growth...

In guys, testosterone level kicks up, so does estrogen levels, thats when anti-aromatese/estrogen blockers come in...

i guess its okay for women, since estrogen is the primary female sex hormone

probably the worst food that guys can eat is soy...
since it contains such high levels of pythoestrogens...
