NEW IMPROVED ROUTINE! - A Must See For Ages 19 and below -
I have made a new routine targeted to help young short teenagers like myself.  I will Personally follow this routine, and you should too, while you're still young enough to grow naturally.
Morning Wake up early ( 5:00AM ) and immediately do pisce's stretches. Put a teaspoon of powdered L-Glutamine in 4ozs of water and drink it. Go do intense running for 30 minutes, come back home and stretch again. Then drink some water to hydrate yourself again after you went running. Now its time for a big breakfast with a lot of protein and dairy products... - 2 tall glasses of milk - 2 egg and cheese sandwiches on whole wheat bread - 1 piece of steak - 2 sandwiches with crushed beans in them - bowl of ice cream ( try to get the healthiest ice cream you can find ), with raw quaker oats on top - 2 cups of yogurt - then take a multivitamin pill                                         Then Off to School                                             Lunch - 1 bagel with cream cheese - 1 chicken sandwich - 1 cup of milk - 1 tall cup of pudding                                       Back home from school Stretch, then go do intense biking for 1 hour, come back home and lift light weights with many repitetitions, drink 100% whey protein shake, and stretch again.                                       Lunch - 1 glass of milk - Whole wheat spaghetti with either tomatoe sauce or garlic and butter sauce. - Eat a big chunky bowl of home-made soup which should consist of chicken stock, meat, carrots, celery, beans, whole wheat macaroni, and chicken.                                     Afternoon Stretch and swim for 2 hours ( once i get to open up my pool ), ( but if you don't have a pool i suggest biking for the 2 hours instead ), Drink 100% whey protein shake, and stretch again.                                         Dinner You should eat dinner early, so you can go to sleep early, so you can grow. I suggest having dinner at 6:00 or 6:30. - 1 glass of milk and 1 glass of water - Eat BBQ chicken, meat, or fish ( depending on what you have at home ), with brown rice and beans, and eat a big plate of it if you expect to grow. - Next eat a healthy salad, salads help push down everything you ate throughout the day, so it can be digested easier. - This is a salad recipe i made.... - Spinach with tomatoes and onions, topped with lemon juice and olive oil. ( I replaced lettuce with spinach because spinach is healthier for you because it is packed with iron, while lettuce has just about nothing in it ) - Finish off with 2 cups of yogurt.                               Late-Afternoon Final Workout Do one more workout to bring up your GH levels yet again. And i don't suggest eating or drinking anything during this period of time, which is ok since you ate a lot throughout the day anyway. Stretch, then go to intense biking for 30 minutes, come home and stretch again. Take a fast, 5 minute shower to cool yourself down, after the intense biking you just did, ( so you don't have trouble falling asleep ) Now is finally the time to do your homework, ( I believe its best to do home work at this time because personally, home work makes me fall asleep easier since its sooo boring ) Crap and piss out everything you ate, so you don't wake up in the middle of the night to go tinkle. Put a teaspoon of L-Glutamine in 2ozs of water and go to sleep early. ( 9:00PM )                                       Repeat the Next Day Some more pointers... 1) Never buy regular white rice, or regular pasta, or regular bread, because its processed and nutrients are taken away from it. ( So instead buy whole wheat bread and pasta, and brown rice, ect. ) 2) Keep a positive mind-set, don't stress out about school, or home work, or any problems in your life, because you gotta be healthy to grow, and you're not gonna be healthy if you're stressed out all the time. 3) L-Glutamine is better in powder form instead of pill form. 4) 9:00PM to 5:00AM is 8 hours of sleep, so waking up at 5:00AM isn't so bad if you go to sleep early 5) Stay consistent with the routine if you expect to see results, don't judge yourself until you've been doing the routine for a solid month and a half. 6) This routine is targeted for teenagers whose growth plates haven't closed yet, which is about 19 or 20 and below from there, I personally don't have a job, so i will be able to do this routine, but if you have a job and you go to school too, obviously you will have to make adjustments to the routine to better fit your life-style 7) I suggest eating peanuts with your big meals, since peanuts have protein in them 8) Drink water inbetween meals and workouts, and even in school, to keep yourself hydrates throughout the day, but try not to drink too much towards the end of the day, because you will wake up in the middle of the night having to go to the bathroom 9) And i'll be praying to God 5 times a day asking him to help me grow. |

RE: NEW IMPROVED ROUTINE! - A Must See For Ages 19 and below -
I get awsome grades from just paying attention in class and doing home work, i rarely have to study.  People usually get good grades without studying if they just pay attentionin class and do homework.
And yeah i know it takes up a lot of time throughout the day, but the faster you grow, the better, because only God knows when you're growth plates will close, so its better to be safe than sorry. Thats why i made such a great routine, for producing GH and taking in all the nutrients you need to add to your bone growth. |

I'm glad to see you have the right idea with exercise
. With that much exercise and adequate sleep, not even mentioning the balanced diet, you'll probably grow a lot.

RE: NEW IMPROVED ROUTINE! - A Must See For Ages 19 and below -
I bought almost all my groceries today, i still need some more stuff, so i'll be able to start my routine thursday morning. I would also recommend eating TOTAL whole wheat cereal in the morning they have this good kind of flavor too, vanilla yogurt. And when you buy milk, be sure to buy it in the carton, and not in plastic, because plastic takes away nutrients from the milk. And by the way, i saw goatmilk at the supermarket and its soooooooooooo expensive, and the nutrition values are the same crap, so just stick with regular milk, an dmake sure u buy it in the carton, not plastic

Good routine - hope thats not to hard to follow though, seems like you wont have a lot of time to not do much else. Some of you might not want to start off so intense, start a little bit slower and work your way up, its gona be hard to stick too sometimes ;-)
Anyways good luck, keep everyone posted on what happens, when i get paid on friday im starting a new routine - but focused to college kids, i wish i was in high school so i had as much time as you have From Mid Feb to Mid March grew an Inch, now im: 5'11 1/2 ~ 6' Morning Height 5'10 1/2 ~ 5'11 Evening Height Just turned 19 on the 12th of May Short term goal: 6'1'' Long term goal : 6'3'' |

Forgot to say - all of that food might be hard to eat, and if you have to much protein it killllls your stomach, you'll spend most of your time on the toliet instead of running. Is there anyway you can eat all of that in the morning? I can eat but i dont think i could eat all of that.
