if u would be so kind could u make a routine for a 11-year-old that needs to sleep for 10 hours or cant concentrate in school and has other 11-year old needs

Spare your time. You do not need to spend all of your time "wasting" it on stretching if you want to grow.
Been there, done that.. Nothing. Go for hypnosis, the only real way man. However, its always good to keep a great diet! The body needs nutrition no matter which routine you choose

no offense m8 but this is a stupid routine, waking up at 5 o clock is a joke, u need a proper nights sleep. The amount of food ur eating is fucking ridiculous, i would expect more 3 stone than 3 inches. ur exercising to much, your gonna burn yourself out and all the energy and protein you need for growth is going to go straight to your muscles to repair them after the hard workout. I admire your dedication but u needa life, i gurantee you that you will not keep this up. This is the fucking problem, people get too over excited and do an over the top routine that they will never finish or even do properly. You think by exercising that much 7 days per week ur gna grow taller, get ur brain scanned m8. id give u a month tops on this routine before u quit, take it from me, im grown 3 inches in 6 months.
