Your stomach gets accustomed to eating a lot in only a couple of days, it will be hard at first stuffing all that food down, and you will feel like crap, but you will get used to it soon and u won't feel like crap eating so much

sounds amazing. the only problem with so much protein though is the amount of cholesterol. that can make you seriously sick and in danger of a heart attack later. is there anything i can take now that will help mitigate the cholesterol during my protein intake?

you need a lot of protein if u want to grow, yeah a lot of cholesterol is bad, but i dunno if its bad for young people like us, i wouldn't think it is, yet it still is a risk you're right, bu ttheres are other alternatives to get your protein without the cholesterol like eating peanuts for example, theres also a few other foods with protein and no cholesterol but its in an E-book i read a few days ago and im too lazy to dig up the info right now, but yeah theres foods like peanuts and stuff with protein and no cholesterol
