sometimes it's better not to keep it so organized like that... Instead vary your meals and your workout and you will see better results that way.

Always,

Anal growth

Yeah i agree, i'll be eating any other foods that my mom makes too.

Ice skater i'm really light i weigh about 122 pounds ( which is probably half the reason why im short because i barely ever eat )

I'm getting started on my routine tomorrow morning because i still need to get some more groceries today, by the end of tomorrow i'll tell you guys how i did with my routine, since it seems hard to eat all that food, and workout so much, so i will begin it tomorrow and post in the forum again telling you guys how I did.

And yeah i know it takes up a lot of time throughout the day, but the faster you grow, the better, because only God knows when you're growth plates will close, so its better to be safe than sorry.

Thats why i made such a great routine, for producing GH and taking in all the nutrients you need to add to your bone growth.

lol mate, well you're young. Smile

I'm 18 and do A-levels and let me tell you, you can't get good grades from just concentrating in class. It takes a ****ing lots of effort.

That aside, routine looks sharp. A little too focused maybe... worth a try for you I guess. Good luck.

18 years old
evening height: around 5'7

lol no idea how many calories it is, because i don't know the calories of all the meats and chickens and eggs, but it is recommended that a growing teenager takes in ATLEAST 3800 calories a day, but of course that is probably over 3800 calories....its a lot of food, but doesn't matter because most of the food will be used towards growth if you're doing your excercises too.

RE: NEW IMPROVED ROUTINE! - A Must See For Ages 19 and below -
Bad news guys....I'm really sick right now...I got the worst sore throat i ever had in my life.....So im not gonna begin the routine till i start to feel better.....Because i don't want to go biking and running outside in the cold, im only gonna make myself sicker at the moment, so im gonna wait till i feel better till i start my routine, because if i start my routine now, i'll only feel sick for a longer amount of time since im putting so much energy into working out and all.......

And by the way if i gain height from my routine, i'll let you guys know my height by the time i grow into my size 9 1/2 shoes, because its about a half a size too big for me at the moment, so once my feet get too big for them ( I hope soon lol ) then im going to take my height and let you guys know........

I figure thats the best time to take my height so i officially know that i grew.
