My made up routine

My made up routine
aim : 5'9 [175]
now : 5'8 [172] age : 19 parent's height : 5'8 [173] and 5'2 Morning : -stretching for as much as possible, around 10-15 minutes following gettallerforfree googlepages. -Breakfast morning to evening : probably school ... -lunch evening/night : stretching before [Shinbone routine], jogging/stationary cycling with ankle weights, lie down after that and go to sleep. if not possible to do then i'll just jog with ankle weights or do intense cycling at the gym. Meals : -multivitamins and fish oil -less rice, noodles, white bread and such -more vegetables, meat, eggs and i'll try throwing in some fruits. To-do : sleep 8 hours, not sleeping too late and try to correct posture. My aim is to lengthen my legs a little longer, given my age, I think it won't grow too much but I would be happy even with an inch on my legs, The rest can be on the spine. Age : 19 Now : 172 Goal : 175-178 Parent's height : 172/159 |

Sticking to this routine will be the hard part since the height will come if you stay on the routine long enough.
Starting Height: 170cm (5'7) - Night Time Current Height: 175cm (5'9) - Night Time Goal: 178cm (5'10) - Night Time by 31st September 2010 |

Theres nothing wrong with eating before bed, try something like cottage cheese.

anyways, easy height says to stretch about 2 hours, how is it possible ? from what i see, it's not possible. Age : 19 Now : 172 Goal : 175-178 Parent's height : 172/159 |
