do u work on it everyday for 2.5 months or you gave it some rest too.
current at night 5'5.5 current goal height 5'7 moms height 5'2 dads height 5'4 goal height 5'9 dream height 5'11 |

I really believe that I grew that 1 cm from my shinbone routine, because I haven't grow for about 10 months. So I have started my routine at 2008-09-21 and continue it until 2008-12-28 and as you know I successfuly grew 1 cm and thanks GOD for that. Here is my future plans: I will improve my shinbone routine( I want to create more microfactures for better effect) and I decided to buy that device from ortopdi.org because in one forum there was some guys who did grew 1-3 cm in month using that device here is link http://www.network54.com/Forum/189510/th...9/Ortopedi So if I use both routines I am thinking about getting a double effect. What you think about my idea?
