0,8 cm sounds funny but its better than nothing.

Yeah, I guess when you think about it 0.8cm seems like a small amount for 2 and a half months. But you have to really visualize the fact that your whole leg is 0.8cm longer.

Gender: Male
Age: 18
Starting height: (23/5/09)
Night: 178.5, Morning: 180.5
Current height: (TBC)
Goal:
183 in the morning.

I don't run, I do jumps before that, and I take some calcium with vitamin D.

RE: My Shinbone Routine
I really believe that I grew that 1 cm from my shinbone routine, because I haven't grow for about 10 months. So I have started my routine at 2008-09-21 and continue it until 2008-12-28 and as you know I successfuly grew 1 cm and thanks GOD for that. Here is my future plans: I will improve my shinbone routine( I want to create more microfactures for better effect) and I decided to buy that device from ortopdi.org because in one forum there was some guys who did grew 1-3 cm in month using that device here is link http://www.network54.com/Forum/189510/th...9/Ortopedi So if I use both routines I am thinking about getting a double effect. What you think about my idea?
