My Shinbone Routine
I started my shinbone routine at 2008-09-21 so now is over 2 months when I am on this routine (112 pounds on both legs). But I am still affraid to measure my height, I feel taller but not sure how much taller... So I just want to ask what you think about this routine?
18 Years old Current height: 6'3'' 190cm in the morning, measured at 2009-04-06, so it's a very weak 6'3'', 188,5cm in the evening. Goal: 191 cm. Dream height: 6'4'' ( cm).

how do u manage to hold 112 pounds on both leg that is like crazy maybe i should increase my weights
current at night 5'5.5 current goal height 5'7 moms height 5'2 dads height 5'4 goal height 5'9 dream height 5'11 |

You mean you rest with 112 pounds of weight on each leg?

Oppps, misread it. How do you get that much weight on your legs.
