My New Height Increase Program
Hey guys, I have made my self a new height increase program that I am going to follow for the next month or so, at the moment I am 6'2 1/4 in the morning barefoot, my goal will be to reach 6'2 1/2 to 6'3 (I should be able to do this as I am only 15 years and 4 months old.) Please rate my routine guys, and I might make a few changes to it as I go through it.
Start 10th October Starting height: 6’2 ¼ Goal Height: 6’2 1/2 6’3 Wake up around 6:00 am do stretches for 5 minutes Take Multi-Vitamins & Minerals Squats 6 sets of 12 repetitions rest for 5 minutes Arm Curls 10 lbs on each arm for 10 minutes 30 push ups & 30 press ups Jog on the spot for 5 minutes Eat a well balanced breakfast at around 7:00 am Drink a glass of milk Stretching for 5 minutes Leave for school at 8:05 am After School 3:50 pm Stretch for 5 minutes Kick 50 times on each leg Arm curls 10lbs weight on each arm for 15 minutes Sleep for 30 minutes to an hour at 5:00 pm 6:00 pm to 6:15 pm have dinner wait a bit for food to settle Stretch for 5 minutes Jog with my dog for 30 minutes at 7:30 pm Take Multivitamins & minerals at 8:00 pm 20 press ups & 20 push ups & jog on the spot for 10 minutes Stretch for 5 minutes have a glass of milk then go to bed at 9:00 pm to 9:30 pm Age: 18.5 Gender: Male Starting height: 6'1 185cm Current height: 6'3 190cm Goal height: 6'4 193cm Dream height: 6'6 198cm |

It will help you build muscle though.
I'd put my 2 cents on you reaching 6'4 by 21. If you eat healthily and haven't completely finished puberty. What was your routine to get where you are? |

I reached 6'2 without any routine, I just lived normally, at the moment I think my tanner stage is 4.2 so im not quite done yet. and 6'4 to 6'6 would be a great final height for me.

Decent routine, as long as you can keep up with it, I am pretty sure you will grow.

6'2 is pretty tall for being 15 1/2...wouldnt be surprised if you hit 6'6 lol
