Any specifically recommended exercises that would be beneficial to growth? (squats, etc.)

Squats, deadlifts, bench presses, military presses, compound movements. Nothing specific though - scientists need more time to evaluate it.

As willhu stated it's going to be the compounds that benefit your body the most. Exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench, military, cleans, jerks, pullups, bent over rows, etc will all benefit you greatly.

cycling and h.i sprints
2010Jan-starting height 5 11.75 in the morning 5 11 at night, 205lbs moms height 5-7 dads height 6-0 age 21 goal - 6.0 reach is 6-3 same as my dads Dream height- not really interested in dreamin! occupation- mma fighter Body fat 10%, Goal 7 % at 205lbs Current Height 5 11.5 at night 6 in morning |

what about if you work ur abs? does that stop you from growing ?
