Micro-Fracture Leg Lengthening question...
Hello everyone, I've been trying to do this shinbone routine lately and I have a concern that I need some of you to help me with.
First of all, I usually do some sprints on the road, do some jumping exercises, and do some shuttles before I put 10 pound ankle weights on each leg (with my shoes on). I think it has been working so far! I've noticed a slight increase in my height when I check myself in the mirror in the morning. However, my shinbones have been hurting real bad whenever I play sports now. I can go through with this pain though (finish playing that game). But it is really aggitating. So is this a normal sympton to have when doin g this routine? Does my shinbones hurting mean that the routine is working? |

Hmm, if they hurt real bad, then I advise goign to the doctor or at least taking a break from that exercise.

RE: Micro-Fracture Leg Lengthening question...
I had a pain in my shins even when i was walking to school. I used to practice this "shinbone routine" back then (february i think) but i quit. My leg inseam back then was 83 cm, now is 86.
Don't know if it was because of that or not.
