I had a smile on my face when I read that Willhu.
Because that is exactly what im doing too.

Now im putting all my senses into it also. Like I feel the too short pants which was too long before. Something like that.

Now im starting out slow, because time is an issue for me. But I hope that within a month I will be doing the "real" routine.

Height: 5'10 (178cm)
Fathers height: 5'11 (180cm)
Mothers height: 5'3 (160cm)

No growth after age 13.

Routine: Meditation, The Secret.
Routine start: March 15th 2010

Next goal: 6'0
Primary goal: 6'4-6'6

Age: 18 (June 21st 1992)

Yes that's perfect. Visualize yourself in different situations. When I am 5'10 I will post a picture of my body =)

Here an example of how I visulaise it:

I wake up in my bed (arund 6:00), with my legs just over the end (and my head pushed against the board) and look at the date (Feburary 22nd, which is marked "1st Day of B********* School!"). I then visulaise my daily routine, just from a whole 10 inches higher. Then I visulaise my friend who goes to the school with me (I now look down on him, but not by too much (him about 6'6")) knocking on my front door (this time is about 7:15 now). After my mum takes a hpto of me in my new uniform, we walk up to school. I already know a few kids there (there's two who are 6'3" and currently tower me. However, in this scene, I'm looking down on them by about 4 inches). Then I just do snapshots of my first few weeks. Trying out for the newly formed rugby league team, etc.

Yep that's precisely what I do as well. In my mind I am already 5'10, my body just needs to catch up. I would go in detail what I do, but Wilhu has done it perfectly. Just in every situation visualize yourself as taller. Now I noticed you did future visualizations. My visualizations are those...but I also focus on the present. Like I am 5'10 right now. As I sit down right now at my desk I visualize under the table my legs are two inches longer. Time and time I will visualize myself taller than people I see or people I see once a year.

Another good one is to visulaise a sports star (Like The Undertaker, Jamal Duff, etc.) who is your dream height and you can look them eye to eye. It doesn't even need to be a sports star, and it's easier than trying to work out 4 inches in your head.

I was just about to say it's easier to visualize your height when you have a template. I look for pictures of models because they are tall and slender which is exactly what I want to be. However I don't visualize myself standing next to them but instead mentally imprint their body image into my mind and replace my face. It works really good!

You would start with a simple routine. Go at it slowly as you might not see results as fast as you want...which will make you feel discouraged. Listen to it either at night or during the day for 20-30 minutes. But the main important thing is to let go and trust.
