Has any1 had any real success with self hypnosis. Im aiming this particularly at people with growth plates still unfused and that have grown past there expected height ((mums height + dads height + 13)/2)? If so detail of techniques would be appreciated.

where did you get that formula? It doesn't seem right...

Apologies that formula only applies to males. As for where i got it from, that has long since escaped my memory, would you recommend a more accurate formula?
