I agree with Wilhu.. after years of trial, I can say that all powder/pill-form products would be scams -- definitely for those past their teens.

Only stand-alone techniques should be taken seriously for growth; but that means letting a true chemical or physical transformation happen in your body. To endure either some chemical side effects or continuous physical pains, all of these plus a considerable sum of financial resources.

Otherwise, it won't happen just by swallowing a glass of powder or a small pill daily. Basically because that won't be enough.

all are scam only growtaller4idiots is not (since its advertised here)!!! guys pls wake up, even if they are not scam would your friendly guy friend or (rival in height) tell you it really works they will keep it a secret because nobody would want you to be taller then them since height means so much to them just think would they really share i doubt. so try all you can and when you find success keep it to yourself because you earn it! most probably you will only share your height increase success with people when they are paying you like people who gives succes talks they dont do it for free SEE! Don't give up because it feels good to be taller then the other guys that didnt knew my secrets unless they are paying!

Personal experience, Grow Taller 4 Idiots sucks. Last summer I did the exercises for like 75 minutes every day and slept a shitload and didn't even touch sugar...the whole concept of stretching just doesn't work. And trust me, I did that shit hardcore. I didn't even get temporary growth. Just 5'3.5 all summer.

Buddy I couldnt be agreeing with u any more.What u say is the only truth. Al the tall guys like wilhhu23 would never tell u what to do to get taller like them. It cant be a coincidence that all the 5.11 tall guys do everithing they can to discourage u from trying to grow. They could even be advertisers of supplements^^. I really dont know about their intentions,but when they tell me to spend 60.000 bucks on supplements instead of 60 bucks on a guide, WTF.

Those guides are scams. They will tell you ANYTHING that you can find on this website for free.
