Lets talk about eating.
1. Most important meal of the day is breakfast. Make sure you have it. As I have read in a book, the best time to eat breakfast is 7-9 am (gosh, I am just realized I have read so many books
).2. Drink milk or protein shake in 5 minutes after you've done working out (from a fitness magazine). Make sure your heart rate go down enough. 3. Eat a lot of protein. 4. It's healthier eating 5-6 small meals a day than eating 2-3 big meal. Make sure you don't feel hungry (as I am now....) 5.Drink water right after you wake up, before you brush your teeth. I know it sounds disgusting, but that's the way we should do. Also, I glass before you go to bed. 6. Eat at least 2-3 hours before you go to bed. 7. Don't just eat meats. Make sure you eat vegetable and fruits too. If you can't wake up early, try to do it. There is no air smell like fresh air in the early morning. If you can't eat anything in the morning, try wake up early and wait for 1 hour before eating. You can workout first, then eat. Make sure you eat enough carbohydrate in the morning, so you have enough energy to start the day. Here's what I always eat for breakfast: A bow of cereal, a banana, an egg, yogurt, orange juice, and a tablet of Vitamin C (I got this form a golf magazine). You can add some protein shake if you want. Sometimes I can't eat all thins, but I have to make sure I have enough food. I didn't make these stuff up. I read many books and magazine. Many of you guys might know this alrealdy and that's good. If you don't know you're welcome to follow. |

Oh, god. I forget the important part. To grow, you need to eat a lot of protein, less carb, and less fat. I read in this website a month ago. here's the link. Good luck guys.
http://www.easyheight.com/ I drink protein shake right after workout in the morning and about 2 hours before I go to bed. In the website they talk about why, long time ago, japanese people were not tall. Also why Europe people are so tall. If you want to know why, go find out yourself

what i try to do is (when i dont work or ahve school)
wake up at 9 a.m., drink glass of water with my once-a-day, about 30 minutes later i usually develop a hunger so i eat -- 3 eggs, yogurt, milk/orange juice (at about 30-10 a.m.) then i try to eat around 1 p.m., 4 p.m., and 7 p.m. and a small snack at 9 p.m. so i end up eating 5 meals a day and go to bed at 11 p.m. Gender: Male Beginning Night Height: 5'3" (Feb 2, 07) Current Morning Height: 5'3 4/5" (Apr 11, 07) Current Night Height: 5'3 2/5" (Apr 11, 07) Goal Height: 5'8"-5'9" Dream Height: 5'11" |
