What if you can't drink your protein shake 5 minutes after your work out? I take weight training in gym and can't get home to make my shake until an hour 30 minutes later..

So where do we get Whole Egg Protein Powder? Everything I see is whey or whey isolate.

Will those products aid in growth as well?

30 min is ok, you body will readily absorb nutrients at a higher rate for up to 2 hours after intense exercise. remember though, the earlier the better.

It has to be WHOLE egg protein. Not just egg protein. Egg protein almost always means just egg white protein. Its the YOLK protein thats proven to be the most potent protein for promoting height growth. It was clinically proven to increase height growth by 25% over any other protein.

I suspect it also has bodybuilding benefits beyond other proteins as well. Again, this it the YOLKs protein ONLY.

but eggs (mostly egg yolk) increase cholesterol level

does that affect growing? if it does, how many eggs (per day) should we eat?
and is it OK to eat 2-3 eggs right before bed?
