Hey yall, so im 19 F, 5'4, and i have a really long torso but i fell that my legs are short-ish. Im 5'4 and my goal height is gain at least 2 inches, but in my legs though... just to proportion everything out.
-Does anyone know any possible opportunites, ideas, or exercises that would lengthen the legs/shins?
-Im 19, so is there still a possibility that I am able to grow?
I would love love some advice.
My current height: 5'4
Dad height: 5'4
Mom's height: 5'3
Goal Height: 5'6
