LISTEN UP
Only gunna say this once so listen up. I've used these stretches ebooks. Lots of people here use them and are happy with them and think they work, for me they worked too. However they're not good at all DON'T TRY THEM, i'll tell you why.
Ask your doctor if cartilage can stretch, really ask him he'll laugh at you. These stretches only work because your doing the wrong stretches the wrong way. what do i mean by that? These stretches you gotta admit are quite unusual, you don't see them being done everyday, theres a reason for that. They're the fastest way to ruin your ligaments and possibly your joints. The heigh increase you get from these "exercises" only stretch your LIGAMENTS, between the spinal disc especially. and make your torso look awkward with all the extra room in between your ribs. Google: human rib cage, now imagine what it will look like when stretched out. you may think 1 inch wont make such a big difference, oh but it will. the bones in your lower back will look like theyre sticking out and your abs will look VERY VERY weird with the extra space in between your ribs. DO NOT THINK YOU CAN STRETCH THE SPINE WITHOUT STRETCHING EVERYTHING ELSE IN YOUR TORSO INCLUDING YOUR RIBCAGE. Trust me DO NOT DO THSES STRETCHES, normal stretching is good, yoga is excelelnt, these stretches or any that can stretch you out and make you "grow" ARE NOT. THEY RUIN YOUR LIGAMENTS PERNAMENTLY!! so unless you want back surgery... |

You trust your doctor?! Go away here! Please! I don't want to hear any discouragement. I can proof it that it is 100% your doctor say is incorrect. Height stretching is new, your doctor won't know. Ask me, if you need a proof. |

Because your body stretch bit by bit, our body will repair itself during sleep. It's not bad, I grow taller already, and have better posture. Maybe it can be dangerous if we stretch it until we feel pain in our spine, especially if stretch it too hard. Our body is amazing. They repair anything by itself. Don't worry, just have fun. Grow taller exercise is still new, not many people know. |
