Jumping, good or not?
I am in doubt whether jumping is good for growth or not.
It forces your legs to grow, because of the pressure it put on the legs. But is it not to much pressure, which can cause inuries to your growth plates? Give your opinion! Age: 16 Height: 5'11 Goal: 6'3' |

RE: Jumping, good or not?
Kangaroos are always jumping and there massive! haha joking in all honesty mate just go for a run 3-4 times a week. If you run hard enough this will put lots of stress on your joints and muscles, they will get stronger but do not neglect your nutrition at any cost! I recommend that you make yourself a cardio routine, and if your up to it you could even start weightlifting. If you need any more advise just drop me a private message I will be happy to help when I have time.

Yes It helps but you need to becareful not to injure your kjnee joints because it affects the intensity level of the jumps or the squats you can do. Perhaps take some fish oil pills at the same time to ensure that your joints are healthy |

I used to have fish oil (tri-omega) capsules before I knew about Glucosamine pills but I'm now on Glucosamine (commercial name Voltaflex by Novartis) and yet to know the effects of it, will keep you posted on that. those fish oil capsules producers claim to have the effects of joint health as Glucosamine would. |
