No problem, but I see that you are already 18.
Your growth mostly depend on your genetic, and then depend on your
diet, activity level, sleep, and lifestyle.
And your growth is on the way to stop.
The only thing that you can do to gain a bit of inches is:
1. Have a good lifestyle : don't smoke, don't drink coffee too much, don't stressed too much,sleep enough and etc.
2. Diet : well-balanced diet ( never take hgh).
3. Activity : be more active person, swim 3 times a week.
Stretching is also can help you gain 2 inches as maximum, but if you do stretch I am just afraid the results can't be permanent.
You can try my routine there. If you do it, then not only height you get but you are more fit and lesser body fat.

since u bringed up coffee
can you confirm that caffeine inhibits growth?

i think science should really bring a solution for height in 5 years otherwise i'm turning nutts and probebly lose faith in humanity...

Don't know what coffee is?
Coffee is a kind of drug that legalized,
Maximum intake of caffeine a day is 300mg.
If you drink above 300mg, not only will deprive your sleep
but affect your health too, your heartbeat will be abnormally very fast.
Can lead to heart attack.
But if you drink 1 cup of instant coffee (around 60mg of caffeine),
that's good and can lead to a better health, since coffee contain
antioxidants.

Okay I see. yea. i would be very pleased if i reach atleast 5'5 or 5'6. i will do whatever it takes. now you said you have a routine? can i see and possibly follow your routine ? please? thanks!
