RE: It was upsetting ..
Its not rare people-people here,
I think Kahsu is right. I grow 3 inches in 6 months.
And still keep on growing.
Growth from each people is different, don't compare our growth with the doctor growths.
Maybe they grow slower hahahaha Big Grin, or maybe faster.

RE: It was upsetting ..
I don't know how he got that massive growth spurt. I might just ask him if I catch him up on msn. I now start to suspect that he did take some form of HGH?

Don't need to go for swimming everyday, maybe just two days a week is enough, the rest of the days you incorporate other forms of exercise in there (e.g. bike cycling). Another thing though, sleep is really important, I never understood it until I have occasional insomnia at college and it is SUCH A BIG DIFFERENCE when you wake up having slept and rested well.

Your mind is sharper, your reactio times are better and you'll have that mental strength to go further. the differences are subtle, but the effects are profound.

even if you can't reache the 7in spurt, you would still like to have 4-5 inch spurt right?

altho there's some guys i heard this happend to them
my dream is to have a growth spurt like this
but there's a chance of not growing an inch at collage years so depends on your genetics
your routine is good i dont know what's wrong here maybe you werent consistent?
try doing 5 different stretches everyday not the same ones, alternete between stretches
and you can add swimming and intense cycling to your routine whenever you can
your parents height is good my prediction is you should be taller
maybe you will have a growth spurt soon
or maybe you have growth hormone deficiency
if so i dont think you can inject yourself with growth hormone legally with a doctor now

You know what you're right. I wasn't really consistent about my routine. like, the stretching, is yes. i am, but the running, is not. the vitamins is yes. and milk, but the sleep is not, most of the time, i only get 7 hrs of sleep ..

I remember back when i was 10-12 of age, my growth was really fast. like i enter my last year of elementary i was like 5'0. I was tall compare to my other classmate, but then when i reach my freshmen year, during those time, i got involve in drinking, smoking too. and not getting enough sleep. and then, thats how my growth seemed to be slow. till i reach my senior year, i was still smoking and drinking, and not getting enough sleep. the only reason i got taller a bit was coz i was in sports. but when i got here in the US. i kinda start growing again. so yea ..

Bro, Honestly, i dont need a 7 inch spurt. all i want is to reach atleast 5'6. I'm 5'3 now. so i'm really hoping to get atleast 2-3 inch height. 7 inch? thats blessing right there.

Because last time, I am not really tall.
So now is the time to grow really tall.
But, although I am older than you, I am smaller than you.
I am only 170lbs.

215lbs is huge, not normal for 15 years old boy like you.
I am not saying that you are weird, I am just saying that you need to decrease your body fat a lot.
I am thin because I am practicing martial arts.
If I am overweight my speed, my endurance is all decreased significantly.
170lbs is not skinny bro, skinny is bmi below 19.
The normal bmi is 23-25, but if you are professional bodybuilder like arnold, ronnie, you don't need to obey it.
Lose fat. Good luck.

RE: It was upsetting ..
I know, and I think we are from different race too.
For me 215 is fat, but for you is okay.
Just stick with what you feel is right.
And always listen to your body.
If you feel can't do a single pull-up, can't do push-up, or you feel heavy,
Its time for you to lose fat, no need to lose weight if you don't want too.
Especially if you are a football player, you need to keep yourself heavy.
Good luck bro.
