Is this a bad day diet?
My weird diet.. Todays diet anyway. Its a day off from school today (Melbourne Cup ^^) so its the slightest bit different..
Breakfast:
- Small can baked beans
- Milk with ince cream in it (blended... Yeah I cant decide what to eat in the mornings...)
Snack:
- Banana
Lunch:
- Ham, Cheese and Salad on whole grain Helgas bread (I think this was too much calories -.-)
Snack:
- (What should go here? I have no yoghurt, whey powder etc no special stuff xD)
Dinner:
- Homemade hamburger (premium mince on a high fibre low GI roll with salad)
- Potato Chips (The ones you buy in the freezer section baked... with the skin on)
Afterwards:
- Milk & Milo
Good or bad? ...
Please help.

RE: Is this a bad day diet?
I don't think I would go as far as thesrokes1251 and say that your diet sucks because that's just plain rude and he hasen't backed up his opinion with fact, but I think that your diet could be significantly improved. Your only 4'11 so you don't need to consume a huge amount of calories, Bananas are one of the healthiest fruits you can eat, and they give you a lot of energy so eating one in the morning is great.
Your lunch is fairly healthy so You should stick with that, Definitely get some yoghurt, yoghurt contains a lot of Estrogen and that's something you don't want to have little of if your a woman. I'm a little concerned about your dinner, I mean you don't really have hamburgers every night do you? however if they're homemade and not cooked in a lot of oil then they can be good for you. I would suggest making your own chips, they tatse so much better and are much healthier for you, or another alternative could be mashed potato which is my favourite. Milk is good if consumed roughly 2 hours before bed, and yes Milo is fine.

RE: Is this a bad day diet?
Hmm thankyou. Yeah the hamburgers are cooked in healthy oil and not much of it, but I dont eat them everyday o_O
xD Dinner is interchanged every night. Some nights healthier than others.
Thanks for the advice =] (BTW I calculated calories etc. and it said I should be eating more than this... Which is weird??)

Well if it says that you should be eating more calories then you probably should start eating more, it's like me I'm quite a big 15 year old, I'm a bit over 6'2 and my calorie intake should be way higher than I eat. I'm only 63kg lol, so I guess I should eat more. Anyway I hope I gave you some good advice.

I agree 100% on the yogurt thing. Especially as a girl, calcium is very important to have, as well as other vitamins that are in it.
For a snack, try cut up apples with peanut butter. Or, if you perfer something sweeter but still healthy, try Nutella. It's hazelnut spread that has a mild chocolate taste and is also good for you. I love it with a passion.
For breakfast, why not a bowl of cereal? Cereal, a glass of juice, and maybe some fruit. It wil give you energy for the day and keeo you full until lunch. Or even toast with peanut butter (or Nutella! lol) if you're in a rush.

Dream height: 5'5"

Fully aware this totally changed.
Why only 5'4? Because Idina is 5'4... =) Juuust kidding.
Kind of.

RE: Is this a bad day diet?
Personally for breakfast I have usually an apple and a glass of milk and sometimes cereal if I have time. Lunch usually a tuna sandwich on a crossant, and dinner a salad.
I miss having burgers... haha. Damn my healthy choices! Lmao.
(And Nutella= best college pantry stalk thing. Ever.)
