Oh awesome.
I think iron is mainly found in meats like beef. Also, over here is australia we have something called milo. Its like chocolate powder to put in your drink ^^ It has some iron in it. Maybe some US hot chocolate powders may have some iron in it.
Theres iron in a lot of things but the best thing to eat would be beef.

i think all country has it lol...its just very common and ordinary...and yes milo contains that iron, not only that but many more vitamins...i drink it in the afternoons...

All those products may contain iron, but the animal sorces are best. Not heam sources (which come from the spinach, beans etc) arent as good as the animal sources. To maximise absorption of iron from these foods, consume some form of Vitamin C (Oranges, Fruits etc.)
