hi guys,
I'm new here.i'm 19 ,and i'm 183cm,i'm not short but most of the people i know are 187cm or higher.At 6feet , my goal is being 6'2" at least, and my dream is being 6'4".so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz if anyone can help me ,plz do,i'm desperate and i've tried A LOT of things,believe me, but nothing worked.so if anyone reads this plzzzzz help me  ,thanks guys. |

hey 23,
how are you?! thanks a lot for replying.... i've looked at "grow taller magic" ," grow taller dynamics" and tried a few things i found on youtube vids like streching a bit and playing basketball as a hobby(i know..stupid),they also said something about swimming a lot but i didn't pay much attention cuz i did if for like 14 years,and after that i bought "grow taller4idiots" and wasted 2 months of my life on all this stuff,i followed almost all of the instructions of GT4I,the only thing i didn't do was drink the cocktail,but they said i would at least gain 2 inches even without it,and i have'nt gained a single cm. although, i must admit when i started to play basketball,i felt like i grew a cm or 2,but that's about it,and i haven't grown since(that was about 2 years ago). can you help me?????  thanks again so much...

183 is the ideal height , if i was (now 178.5) 183 i wouldn't even take a mm more.live your life man

Personally if I was your height I would be extremely content.

183 is very good man, above average. But taller never hurts...well, almost never.
