8 x 60m sprints with 1-2 minute rest (walk back) been proven to increase hgh by 530% for 1-2 hours or the other option is 8 x 20-30 second cycle sprints. The cycle sprints need to last longer becasue its not as intense as a full out sprint. |

Yea thats why sprints are commonly used in height increase routines, along with swimming and cycling. Nice article find though.

I've always thought sprinting was good....and i was right lol
