 Im not growing! Help me please!?
When I was 13, I measured my height, This was in August last year. I measured myself today and what the - I only grew 1 cm in a year! What the heck is going on!
I dont think Ive had my growth spurt yet!
Im a female so i know I stop growing real soon. Whats going on and how do I make myself grow before my growth plates close!?!??
Please help, I haven't got much time left. Details in dignature =l

Honey, calm down. I'm almost 6 years older than you and I grew half an inch. Another girl who's also around my age went from 4'11" to 5'0" by eating right and stretching and staying positive.
Don't measure yourself daily. Eat right and just take steady runs daily if you can... be sure to get enough sleep a night. Get your vitamins and calcium (cheese, milk, pudding, etc), veggies, and fruits. Also drink water.
Most important: Stay positive and don't get stressed out. Stress weakens your body not just in height, but can actually make you ill.

Goal height: 5'4"
Dream height: 5'5"

dad's height- 6'
Fully aware this totally changed.
Why only 5'4? Because Idina is 5'4... =) Juuust kidding.

your only 13...my sister was that height at that age....shes 19 now and shes atleast 5'0....now you need to work hard for it if you want to gain more

Hmm it doesnt matter if youre a boy or a girl. If you feel uncomfortable about yourself or get treated badly because of it, then thats that.
You cant say boys suffer more. Girls dont like being short either =l
