dream height:175-5'8
I used to be 152 at 13 years Then I entered into adolescence and grow up to 161 at 14 years. from then on I began grow slowly. Last year my height is around 166. I began drink milk and skip every day. Now I'm 17 years old and my Height is 168.
How can I come ture my dream? I'm a high shool student and don't have too mach time to do sports..
