how long should we exercise for ?

Jump rope i would say twice a day for as long as you can. Some people aim for 100 jumps rather than a set amount of time.
Stretching you should do for about 5 minutes after you wake up, before and after exercise and before you go to bed

Some people aim for 100 jumps rather than a set amount of time. not enough only 5 mins of stretching is not enough, do at least 30 100 skips twice a day it's good for the start but you should to more, 600 (2x 300 skips), time is not important, you can skip in more than 2 mins better do them after any sugary intake

Yeah just do as much as you can whenever you can
Best way is make a routine that you can follow

I do like 3 hours of exercise and stretching each day and I'm already seeing results. So yeah like jamie said, do as much as your body can take.
Starting Age: 18 years 3.5 months Starting height: 5'9.1" Current Age: 18 years 4.5 months Current Height: 5'9.6" Goal Height: 5'10" Dream height: 6'0" and yes I believe I can do it!!! |

I personally do it in about 14 min every day (strachings) and another one hour of swimming two times a week.
