ILL SHOW U HOW 2 GROW!!!come SEE

hey guys...well i got a long story 2 tell you.. so listen up...i am currently 19 yrs old....when i was in highskool, i was veryshort, like very small...all the gurls were like aww ur soo cute n stuff..but i was 5'3..in gr 12, i was 5'4....that summer when i graduated, i was 5'4, within that summer, i grew to 5'7.5....i went to an endocrinologist that yr thinking even tho i grew to 5'7.5 i was still short, but i never went back to him after finding out the price...but neways, that summer, were i grew 3.5 inches in 2 mths, ALL I did was, SWIM, SWIM, SWIM, and bike ride....i was 18 and started growing...then i went to University 1st yr..and wasnt a shorty...during university 1st yr...i was 5'8..so i grew 0.5 inches, then, i finished 1st yr in April and it starts September, within that 4 mth period, since i saw results from swimming, ALL i DID was off course swim swim swim swim swim, n bike ride...ALSO TAKE A MULTIVITAMIN called SUPER ONCE A DAY....The best multivitamin, i take it and it does wonders for me...Neways, this past summer before i went into 2nd yr, i went form 5'8 to 5'10...or like 5'10.5.....during the summer, i was taking a Multivitamin, Drinking 2 glasses of milk for breakfast, then bike around for an hr, then swam for 2-3 hrs per day....so as you can imagine, ALL THE PPL i KNO went CRAZY wen they saw me...IM Like the only 19 yr old that just started growing, ppl told me i was an inspiraation..i EVEN outgrew ppl that used to joke around with me in highskool..n guess wat, im still growing..LOL...n bout to hit 6'0 6'1...my legs are very long, n this is because of the biking i believe but my torso will eventually catch up ...i actually went biking today, n produced HGH n came home...so i suggest for you that want to grow follow this:

EVery morning: do these stretches:
1.lie down on your stomach and pull your arms in front of you and legs fully stretched out, hold position of stretch for 25 seconds, it hurts but is worth it...intense exercises like that stimualte HGH,

2. do the same as above except lie on your back
3. lie on your back raise your legs in the air, and hold ur hips with ur hands...and hold position for 25 seconds,
4.. same position, except pretned ur riding a bike
5. stand towards a wall, face towards wall.....go on ur tippy toes, arms striaght up and STRETCH for 25 seconds
6. go to a wall, stand next to it, dont face it...so shoulder should face the wall, then stretch ur right arm up the wall n hold for 25 seconds, n do the same for other arm

I DID these exercises in the summer, and GREW TREMENDOUSLY in lik the last 2mths of my summer break...and EVERY DAY, i got at least 10 hrs of sleep..i outgreew many ppl...

remember to drink 3 glasses of milk per day...multivitaminm, swim, bike, sleep 10 hrs...if not 9 is minimal...

O just to tell u, in th month of february 2006...from february 1 to march 1 2006...i went on a weight gaining diet, ... but i didnt work out..
morning: bowl of oatmeal, with protein shake (N Large 2) (2 sccops)(3%milk)

afternoon: bowl of pasta, with protein shake (N large 2) (2scoops)

2 hrs later: Sub without protein shake

DInner: Bowl of rice, with protein shake (N large 2) (2scoops)

n for snacks, i ate, peanuts, and gronola bars...

and the funny thing is i GREW like 0.5 inches to 1 inches in that mth....interesting cuz the protein i was taking had alot of protein and AMINO ACIIIDSSSS such as arginine and lysine..u can check it out....but on march 1 i stopped my diet because of lactose intolerance....my stomach couldnt handle all the calcium in my body, so i gave it time till i started dirnking alot of milk again...o btw, i gained 15 pounds of muscle in that mth...i was gaining at a rate of 1 pound per day, then it slowed down...My protein in take was 220 grams of protein per day...it was recommended that u take 1 gram of protein per body pound...i was 100 pounds...so i exceeded the limit..2.2times...maybe all the extra protein increased my height

im still growing until now

1 thin that will help is L-Lysine n L-arginine & L-orthinine...
i will prolly start taking it soon...in order to naturally increase HGH besides biking, sleeping, n swimming

neways, im done..LOL

wow you grew as much in the summer after not growing much as I grew in my best growing year! thanx very much for your inspiring story.

how effective do you think the stretches are? i certainly don't have time to swim and bike that much. i think i could squeeze in that much biking cuz i can do something while i ride a stationary bike.

i don't really like swimming. but luckily i have a spaw. and a mini pool with jets to swim against.

well ice, the stretches for me are very very effective, they temporarily increase your height in the morning, and doing them before you sleep, will will definetly give u an edge. over time, such as a month or so, youll grow bout 1 inch or more...especially since ur in ur growing prime, u should undergo these streches, you will benefit form them...

And the funny thing is i havent measured myself in a couple of mths, and this morning i measured myself against my brother, and guess wat, im a tad bit taller, n he's 5'11...YEEEEESS

i cant believe it..it felt like yestrday like i was 5'4....it was like july 2005 that i was 5'4 until i started to grow, n now, its only been 1 year and 4 months....n the average male growth spurt is 2-3 years..

Just to notify you guys, the most growing is done in the spring/summer time...while the most weight gaining is done in the fall/winter

i will do your stretches every morning since that is when you recommended. and i will do an ebooks stretching at night and i'll do my stretches for ice skating at night. thank you very much

one question: was your growth recently from just stretches or have you been swimming and cycling a lot?

well, i was combining swimming n cycling......but near the end of the summer, i slowed own on the swimming, n sort of on the cycling, n was just doing stretches, n increased my height alot...so try them..n good luck
