how long did you just do stretches? how much did you grow during that period? did you do them 2x a day?

well Chris, you probably can grow 2-3 inches at 20, but it really depends, if your fully developed..if you are , your height growth is goin to be restricted to about 1 - 1.5 inches....and that is off intense stretches, every morning. But if your bones are fused, then their is a limited amount of growing you can do.

and ice, i did the stretches ONLY in the morning, during the last 1-2 mths of summer...and i grew approximately 1 inch....

wow. i hope i can do the same. since i started today, i'll have more than 2 months before i see my cousin again and i think an inch will make me taller than she. it only takes about 5 minutes so i have time Wink

Not sure how legit this is though I would like to believe it. Your brother is 5'11 so you may of just had a late/fast growth spurt naturally. How tall are your parents?

my parents aren't tall Luke...my father is bout 5'4 - 5'5....mom is 5'7...i think my dad is abit shorter tho...not to sure, but not taller then 5'5

i'd say about a year ago, i went back to back with my cousin and i was the same height as she. but i was wearing my heelys (shoes with wheels in the heels) and little heel gel pads. so that gave me a little height. if i do that again next time, i think i can be taller.
