Hi there!
I'm a 20 years old guy from Europe. Right now I'm serving as a paratrooper and after that I will start my studies in somewhere. I found this forum while I was looking, once again, tips to grow taller. I decided to sign up and askfor your help. Please tell me what should I do in order to gain height. My current height is 173.5cm and my goal is 180cm, but any gain is victory for me. Tell me your best tips and techniques to get taller. I will choose the best one(s) and follow them, constantly reporting about my succes. I will not give up, becaus if I have learned one thing in the military it is this: Give up once and you will give up always. I'm waiting for your replies.
