I want to grow a foot taller. I know it's very unlikely, but I don't think I should just give up. I have major height dysphoria issues. I am miserable at my current height. At minimum, I want to reach 5' 6''. I'd be happy at 5' 9''. If I made it to 6 feet, I'd be ecstatic.
Anyway, I'm already eating calcium chews like candy and I take a vitamin every day. I eat as healthily as I can on a campus that tends not to supply me with good food, and I exercise every day. Is there anything else I can do so I feel like I'm trying? I wouldn't feel as bad about my height if I were at least doing something about it, even if it didn't work.

I doubt you'll grow a foot, I'm trying to get 8 or 9 inches. I think 5 ot 6 inches would be a more reasonable goal.

17 year old female that is 5'1 and has a mom that is 5'3 and a dad that is 5'10...

When did you hit puberty? If it was long ago you will probably not be taller then your mom, maybe the same height.

You are a girl, you're height doesn't matter so much... All girls have to do is be pretty... I like short girls more then tall girls, I prefer 5'0-5'3 more then 5'7, short girls are cute ... (Almost every guy think the height of girl doesn't matter)

Btw yuck! Would you like to be 6'1 really? I feel sorry for girls that are that tall.

Can someone tell me exactly what "linear age" is?

yea right stop dreaming girl, you have to take it one step at a time, you're already jumping off the latter on your goals. Just start little by little and you'll end up closer to your goal.

6'1 is a bit too tall for a girl if you ask me. I'm a male and I'm trying to grow to 6'2 or 6'3. That's about 8 or 9 inches.

I think you could try to be about 5'4 or 5'5. It's a fair height for a girl

noone its miserable for being short so forget that idea and for llamasatan:girls have to do something else that be pretty i dont want a stupid girlfriend who is nothing like a beautiful vase of adornment to show to my friends. do you reallt think that?

for a girl at 17 she should be happy with an inch...
