For the last week I have been skipping daily doing 100 repetitions twice a day. I skip once in the morning and once in the evening. I have not been doing any stretches, exercises or recreational activities. As a result of my simple routine I have grown from 5ft 8.25in to 5ft 9in at 22 years of age. I plan to gradually add more elements to my routine including swimming to promote more height increase.
