hey Alien i know exactly how you feel man. I'll recommend getting some L-arginine and Ornithine supplements and taking them before you go to bed (make sure you haven't eaten 3 hours before you go to sleep) I've read this stimulates HGH levels a lot. I also stretch 20 minutes before and after sleep. Although I can't talk much since I'm so new to this program and have yet to see significant results but I sure hope they come soon! Best of luck mate!
Age - 17.75 male Starting height 5'4" (February 2010) Current Height 5'4" (February 2010) Current goal - 5'7" Dream - 6' Currently i'll be doing: Hypnosis, stretches (morning and night) and taking L-Arginine & Ornithine supplements. (about 6000mg a day) Hope i can get an extra three inches! |

Best of luck mate! Absolute crap. Make sure you eat some SLOW DIGESTING protein (cottage cheese, plain yoghurt, milk, etc.) - 20-40gs is enough. Best of luck mate!HGH is useless if you already produce enough hgh. Don't you really know about the function of hgh supplement? search here easyheight.com. HGH is not effective. Don't underestimate your body, your brain, whole parts of your body. Even you don't meet the requirements of protein, or other minerals, your body still can grow taller. any mineral and vitamin you take is act like an enzyme. Enzyme is speed up a reaction, even you don't have enough of it you can grow tall. Our body is already amazing. Throw away that HGH supplement. It won't burn fat and do anything to your body, if you have it enough already. There is no standard how much you should take HGH. |

Dude, don't waste your time, start shinbone routine! (for more information visit easyheight.com, there you will find what you need to start the routine mentioned above) I suggest that you first make the most of your legs' height (usually the difference between short and tall people is mainly in the legs. I have friends who are 3-4 inches taller than me and when we are in a sitting position we look the same) and then start exercises that promote growth in your spine! I intend to start shinbone routine in 4-5 weeks because I still don't have enough money to buy appropriate ankle weights. By the way, I'm 19 now (reached 19 one month ago). I'm 170cm and I want at least 3 inches more! We can do it, just don't give up, put much effort, have a good nutrition and last but not the least be there mentally!!! Good luck man!

any supplement that gives you an exact estimate is bullshit.
