RE: How to build lower abs?
I am agree that squat and deadlift are great for abs.
What I afraid is, both of them are like one of the hardest move in bodybuilding.
I see almost all of people injured because of those moves, and rarely to see people perform those move correctly.
What bodyweight exercise to build my lower abs?
Cause I love bodyweight workout so much.

I don't know why I'm bothering to help, obviously you want to maintain a scrawny body and just get abs, i.e a myspace ripped kid. If you want to remain that way and do hours of crunches with no results EVER then stop reading this right now. Bodyweight will do nothing for you. Muscles need gradual progression and your bodyweight isn't changing rapdily enough to give them this. They are not hard to do, just easy to screw up if you're an idiot. When I started lifting I stayed with an empty barbbell for a few weeks on all of my exercises (specifically from Rippetoe's Starting Strength) to get the form perfected first. Nothing is going to benefit your muscle and height more than the real compound lifts.

RE: How to build lower abs?
Ok, Next time after I got my height I will do weight-lifting.
Because right now, I am just a busy college student.
So, I just do turbulence training bodyweight routine with diet.
I almost get abs, but I am thin.
What do you think about "Turbulence training", I am member there (Its cheaper)?
What is the good weight-lifting guide do you think?

I don't know what country you're in as you're 16 and in college, but I've never heard of turbulence training, I'm assuming it's your gym? The best routine for any beginner is rippetoe's staring strength. Google it.
