Home made protein shake?

Home made protein shake?

Ingrediants:
1 egg
1 banana
5-6 tsps of malted milk powder
Enough milk to fill a 500 mls container (minus the mass of egg and banana)

Method:
1. WASH HANDS, DUHH!
2. Heat milk and malted power until power dissolves entirely.
3. Blend milk and egg together.
4. Chop banana into small pieces (CAREFULLY).
5. Blend banana and milk togteher.
6. (Optional) add ice cream if you require extra calories.


What do you guys think?


Now: 13 years old, 5'9.5" tall, 195 lbs, size 11.5 feet and a 42 inch waist.
Goal: By the end of next summer, I want to be. 6'0"-6'5".

men people today weren't so active in this forum..not much new thread and not much replies in threads...


17 yrs old, will be 18 in january
