Hollydogma and Willhu12
Hey i'm just asking if you guys could help me out on designing my meditation routine, you seem to be the best sources. Well i've never done it really and was wondering if you followed anyone's course or CD's or you just did it yourself? If so how and when did you do it? Did you take supplements with it too? Any physical exercises?

Even though im neither Hollydogma or Willhu12 - I thought I wanted to comment this
![]() You dont need any CD's to grow taller, neither any physical exercises (Keep doing them however, great for other things than height increase). I would recommend some meditation tracks to listen to while you relaxe. My own routine is; Doing my meditation in the middle of the day or at least 3 hours after I woke up (I fall asleep or get out of focus if I do it right before or after bed) Im usually laying on my bed, but I am experimenting with sitting in a chair, because I think im way more focused on my visualizing. I started of by only being able to sit or lay still for 10 mins, but now im up to like 30-40 mins (No irritation which is great!) My session lasts about 30 mins. I spend about 10-12 mins focusing on my breathing, going into this really relaxed state where I visualize for 10-15 mins and then I slowly come back. Its all about practice and belief. Height: 5'10 (178cm) Fathers height: 5'11 (180cm) Mothers height: 5'3 (160cm) No growth after age 13. Routine: Meditation, The Secret. Routine start: March 15th 2010 Next goal: 6'0 Primary goal: 6'4-6'6 Age: 18 (June 21st 1992) |

Thanks sorry i kind of meant everyone could comment i just asked those two because i know they've been doing it for a while...
What tracks do you listen to and where do you get them? So the routine is about 40 mins every day? When you visualise what do you concentrate on? Like do you just imagine yourself living your normal life but a bit taller and the effects that come with that or do you concentrate on asking say yous legs to grow? Or ghg production? I have victoria witzell's tracks but should i use them? |

Erm, Rob, most of this information can be found on my board. And I am presently making a writeup of what exactly I did.
I listened to a variety of tracks, like most of you I started with Zixia's. Then I moved onto Laura's and then Victoria Witzell. I purchased 'Limb lengthening Metaphor' from Dr. Laura, and I think it was a great step towards my height because it was something I could actually work with. I had recently read an article that a woman had a hypnotic bypass surgery and lost a lot of weight after the procedure. That tape was probably the best thing I ever bought. I varied from 20-30 minutes, I am quite impatient in the morning...and in the evening i am dead tired. But I tried to do it before I went to sleep. I concentrate on my legs, lower to be precise. When I meditated I visualized my body as where I am. During my day I visualized myself as taller. Sometimes I encountered someone taller than me (girl) and I told myself this is my own process, or that I am going to be that tall. It helped immensely. Don't know, it's up to you...it's your own journey, good luck! I also use a lot of different tracks.
When I visualize I do it like this; Every other day I focus on how tall I am, like Im walking around in my house looking further down at people and stuff like that. I notice my jeans are not too long no more, and same with my tshirts. I visualize people telling me Im a lot taller and all that. And the other days of which im not doing that I visualize the gland sending out hGH, I see my growth plates wide open and I notice how the bone grow longer, I go into the detail of the cells to see them really increasing. Personally I havn't yet. but im sure that I will.
As Willhu says; It takes ages. I have also been on and off because of work and stuff, but I finally got a routine which I can do everyday. So I have set my mind to an inch or two in 3 months time. Ive purchase her CD's a while ago and I payed almost $170 long before it was available here for free but it never came with limb lengthening metaphor? is it the most recent one ? is teher a way u might be able to upload here? |

Whoa, you purchased all the CD's? Crazy! Umh, I purchased the limb lengthening metaphor for 25 dollars (i think) and I don't think she'd want it posted...as she told me it is the leading seller and it is the one that really works because people can wrap their brain around it. Sorry
