Hmm... Hello?
Hi, people!
I am almost 16, 170,5 cm tall (about 5 ft 7) and I'm from Poland (so forgive my bad English). I have pretty much of what it takes to be a model: I'm naturally skinny, have big eyes, full lips, long healthy hair... And indeed, I would love to become a model. A few agencies told me I may become one if I grow up. What I need is 2 inches, but I would wecome more .I eat a lot, mainly heathy stuff, sleep 8 h daily, excersise a lot. Could you please give me a few basic tips on what to do to grow more? I am not interested in having a surgery and don't really feel like taking pills. Starting Height: 170/171 = 5'7 (24th June 2010) Current Height: 172/173 = 5'8 Goal Height: 176 = 5'9,5, but I would be happy with every centimeter I grow My first language is Polish, so forgive my mistakes. I bought myself a calcium & vitamin D supplement and did the stretching excersises.

Drink plenty of fat free milk. To put it simply, fat free milk (skim milk) makes you grow more than regular milk.
Do some sprinting exercises if possible. Simply put again, sprinting increases growth hormone. Take niacin (vitamin B-3) if possible. Yeah, I am slowly starting to enjoy sprinting. For how long shall I sprint for best results? Like 3 minutes and then 1 min break? Or more like 20 sec at maximum speed? And how many times should I repeat the sequence? Stupid Poland. Such a weird country. It is impossible to buy niacin here without perscribtion. I don't get why, it's just a vitamin!
