Hi,

I have just joined. I am just Hoping to gain a few inches Smile I am 20 and 5.5 Tall. I heard that guys can grow taller till 24. Any chances of me gaining a few inches ?

A few = How many inches ?, At your age, I would say a realistic goal is 5'7 or 5'6. While guys's growth plates only fully close at 24 (Literally speaking), it doesn't mean significant growth until you're 24.

Current Height: 5'8
Goal Height: 5'10/5'11
Parents's Height : 5'8 Dad and 5'2 Mom.

Definitely try to improve your posture, you would be surprised how much posture affects peoples heights.
