Hi I'm Paul, 16, about 5'7.. and in desperate need of tis on how to get taller.
I'm from the Philippines. And here in the Philippines, my height (5'7) is already a tall one. But I'm not satisfied and I'm desperate to reach 6 and above. I tried searching for tips on Yahoo! Answers but I'm not quite sure of their answers because some answers are really contradicting with the other answers. That's why I'm here. Hope I'll get the answers I need. Thanks.

ok lng yan pare, ako nga 17 na pero 5'5 pa lng hehe, pero still growing parin pa unti unti wahaha...
anyway how tall is your parents?...hehe speaking english
17 yrs old, will be 18 in january
starting height: 164cm (october 3 2008)
goal: 5'7+
dream:5'9 (who knows)
deadline: when i turn 19, if still nothing i give up

hehe people their dont know anything...i once tried that also, but they said i will somehow like reach 5'6 lol hehe

I was thinking how on earth they can come up with crappy answers like "How tall are you will be determined by genes, nothing else can control it". That is clearly misleading and false. 
Age: 17
Current Height: 5'8
Goal Height: 5'10/5'11
Parents's Height : 5'8 Dad and 5'2 Mom.
