Hi Guys!
I'm 19 and 5'9. My dad is 5'8 and my mom is 5'4. My dream is 6' but if a can't grow that tall at least i will be happy with 5'10 - 5'11. By the way, I'm from Argentina and my english is not perfect so probably i'll make a lot of mistakes when i write, i hope that everybody understand what i'm saying but if not well...i'm sorry, but i promise to take some lessons of english soon!

Height Routine:Stretching,biking,runnin,milk,multivitamins,sleep 7-10hrs
Started the routine Nov. 2009.
