Hi , new here
I'm 16 yrs old; 17 in december, male....
5'6 - 167,5 cm and i want to be 173 - 175 ...
mom's height is 5'6
dad's height is 6'0
-can any1 give me some advices how to grow taller, proper diet, exercises, and some advices with sleeping i just can't fall asleep without my pillow :/
-any good websites about that would be appreciated  thx

Good luck, that goal of yours is definitely achivable, sleeping without a pillow is definitely not required and could even be damaging.
My height increase site will come out in 5 days so hang on there
