I think you can grow, when I was your age, I was only a small 168, and today, around a year later, I am 2 inches taller, and all I did was laze around all day.
With a routine, I am certain you can grow more, your genes ain't gonna limit you.
Age: 17
Current Height: 5'8
Goal Height: 5'10/5'11
Parents's Height : 5'8 Dad and 5'2 Mom.

Yep, the genes do determine ABOUT a third of you height but nutrition, sleep, exercise, supplements and other things also help.
Now: 13 years old, 5'9.5" tall, 195 lbs, size 11.5 feet and a 42 inch waist.
Goal: By the end of next summer, I want to be. 6'0"-6'5".

Genes determine far more than one third, you can't go that far beyond your genes. Nutrition, exercises and the like are all to maximize your potential and perhaps push a little beyond that. Lil_aziz1, you should set goals a few inches above that of your father, and only about two to four inches above.
My Height Tracking
Parents Height: Father (6'2) and Mother (5'6)
Current Height: 189.27 cm (6'2.5)
Goal Height: 196 cm (6'5)

OK then, let me disprove you wth two simple words.
Limb Surgery.
And FYI, the basic equasion is
(Genes+Nutrition+Exercise)-Stress
Your the one who has given out perhaps the stupidist piece of false info on this website, you got my name wrong!

Please note the word "about" it can mean more of less. So it could be a third plus a quarter etc.
