RE: Hey Newbie!
Since you're 15, you're get to 6'3 or 6'4 by the time you're done with puberty easily. However, to grow to 6'3 or 6'4 by October is really difficult even at the peak of puberty. As mention by Stryker, try taking niacin.

RE: Hey Newbie!
I was around your height at your age. You will eventually reach 6'3-6'4 but not in a few months. I dont think you need that kind of height in 9th grade/ JV bball unless you are the next Lebron James or Derrick Rose playing varsity as a freshman.
You are already very tall for your age and you dont need to worry about growing taller. You should have height advantage on most other kids unless you are playing for a premier high school bball team or something. Work on your fundamentals, conditioning, and overall athleticism. When tryouts roll around don't be the guy thats throwing up after suicides. Age: 18 Current height:6'4.75'' (morning) wingspan: 6'9.5'' Goal-(March): 6'5'' (night) Final Goal height: 6'7'' Final goal wingspan: 7'1 { } Routine: 1500mg L-arginine+1000mg Ornithine+500mg Niacin |
