Help making a new summer routine
Hi, I'm about 5' 5" and I just turned 17. I look pretty young although I do have some facial hair. ANyway, it's summer now and I'm starting a new routine. I was planning to:
wake up in the morning and do 15 min of geocites stretching do a light jog in the morning Doing sprinting/cycling and swimming for about 40 minutes alternately Stretching after exercising every other day I will also jump rope for about 10 minutes Doing about 30 vertical jumps per day Stretching for 10 minutes doing geocites stretches before going to bed. My diet will be as healthy as I can make it with lots of protein and calcium and such. Tell me how this is and what I can add on. Age: 16 (Born May 1992) Starting Height: 5' 5" (August 10, 2008) Current Height: 5' 5" Goal: 5' 11" Dream Height 6' 2" |

RE: Help making a new summer routine
You're 17, you should grow taller. Try other sports like swimming and basketball.

RE: Help making a new summer routine
seems like a good routine
im not sure if you mentioned it but make sure your getting good sleep 8 - 10 hours. Make sure you can stick to your routine and maybe just do sprints instead of jogging. Sprinting say 100m 10 - 20 times is a lot better than running say 2 - 3 km, because sprinting releases more hgh and will burn more calories and work your muscle harder.
Age 16 - ( 17 in november) Starting height 5"7 (at night)(20th April 2009) Current Height - 5"8 ( at night) TARGETS 5"9 - December 2009 5"10 - May/ June 2010 Dream height 6"0 * Help my rep and ban that racist guy* |
