Hi everyone!!! I want to grow taller! I hate being short! I am 4'11. I want to be 5'4! Is that too much to ask!!!!???? IS IT!?!?! lol that concludes the dramatic portion. I wish I could hit 5'4 though

I suggest roaming the site for stretching ideas and develop your own routine. Don't worry abour a lot of suppliments and all that... just basic vitamins and back and elg stretches for 30 minuets 6 days a week. Give yourself a day to allow your body to rest.

Keep in mind going from 4'11 to 5'4 is A LOT... Try 5'0 for now then work to maybe 5'2.

Also, just remember, it IS possible for anyone at any age... just keep a positive mind when doing your stretches or eating an apple rather than candy like you want. Everthing you do will be highly benificial... defy the odds.

Yeah we can see your signature now, and your mum and dads height is definitley not helping you, I'd say you will end up anywhere from 5'0-5'3, but that's just my opinion.

haha I'm sure you can atleasttt make it to 5'0. my goal and reaches are the same as yours! except my starting height is a bit more at 5'2 ish. good luck! =)
