Hello Everyone!
Hi I am 21 years old 5'5" and an Asian American my goal is to grow atleast 1-2 inches. I have been browsing around the forum for a couple of days now and I have a few questions if anyone doesn't mind answering!
1. Will sleeping without a pillow on your back really help?
2. Can I take Niacin and Melatonin all at once or do I have to wait in between?
3. What do you think my success rate will be if I stick with stretching, hanging, weightlifting, and basketball everyday?

3 you will grow from these if your growth plates are open

Starting height :180 cm
Now : 187 cm
Goal height 200 cm
Dream height 210 cm

ohhh I was reading someone's post that they took niacin before bed so I figured that was when I was suppose to take it...
