RE: Guys, I'm not anti-stretching...
I do not believe stretching gains to be permenant.

PLEASE NOTE: I am on an indefinate hiatus from GTForum. Nothing personal, just another project I've been working on since Summer '10. My account WILL reamain open - but please don't send PMs for advice until (and if) I return.

GOOD LUCK ALL HEIGHT SEEKERS!

Just remember, this is my OPINION. As far as I know, there is more fact supporting it, but it isn't hard dead set in stone.

Well actually, not even your born height is permanent. As you age, you will get shorter if you do not maintain it..
When I look at my dad, and even some of my friends, they have gotten shorter because of their permanent poor posture and habits.

So you are right Wink

But I think you are able to get it "permanent" by stretching.. However, there is only one way to find out

Height: 5'10 (178cm)
Fathers height: 5'11 (180cm)
Mothers height: 5'3 (160cm)

No growth after age 13.

Routine: Meditation, The Secret.
Routine start: March 15th 2010

Next goal: 6'0
Primary goal: 6'4-6'6

Age: 18 (June 21st 1992)

Just the same with hypnosis, or the two combined (heck, maybe we'll all grow another two feet from the combined routine Tongue)

Maybe that's why you should do it constantly. It's healthy anyway, so why not?
